Tom Chamberlin Launches The Luxury Dispatch
The Rake’s editor-in-chief, Tom Chamberlin, announces The Luxury Dispatch, a new show curating timely reports on the refined, the rare, and the relentlessly well-made. The editorialised podcast explores craftsmanship, heritage, and the hidden details that define true luxury, with weekly episodes that bring together global tastemakers to ask, “what is luxury?”
Tom Chamberlin is an editor, author and “accidental” social-media sensation, whose career has been anchored in exploring style, culture and craftsmanship across British and international media. Now, he is partnering with award-winning production company Platform Media to launch The Luxury Dispatch. This carefully curated audio-video offering delivers a topic-by-topic exploration of everything from iconic watches and rare cigars, to cocktail mastery, design, and a rare look inside the exclusive clubs of St. James’s. With expert knowledge, hearty conversation and a good dose of history, each episode invites listeners to feel informed and charmed by the ritual of luxury.
Launch episodes will cover modern indulgences including the craft of cocktails with Hollywood director Paul Feig and historian, Nick Foulkes, the elegance of cricket and classic tailoring with Rafe Spall, motoring with Simon de Burton a Christmas gift guide with English former Rugby Union players Mike Tindall and James Haskell, and a sweeping look at Giorgio Armani’s life, legacy and cinematic influence with Peter Howarth and Hani Farsi.
Speaking on the launch, Tom Chamberlin said: I have long felt that the luxury industry should be taking greater advantage of podcasting. After all, this is a world of rich heritage, storytelling and intrigue that naturally appeals to the curious. I have spent my career trying to offer a lens to those curious minds, to go deeper than mere trend or consumption, and show how profoundly our culture has been shaped by this world in ways the listener may not have realised. The Luxury Dispatch is an opportunity to expand that conversation beyond print and social media. I hope it becomes a roundabout for anyone on a journey of discovery, pointing listeners toward the stories, people and ideas that matter – and there are an awful lot of roads to turn down.
Produced with a focus on timelessness and exceptional storytelling, The Luxury Dispatch takes listeners beyond surface definitions of luxury and into the worlds where craft, history, and culture intersect. Each episode creates a destination for the sophisticated modern gentleman, cutting through the increasingly crowded digital noise

new podcast joe Marler Will See You Now
Fresh from his standout stint, making it to the final of The Celebrity Traitors, Joe Marler announces a new video podcast, Joe Marler Will See You Now. Using skills acquired during his formidable run, the new show will reimagine the former rugby star as an entirely unqualified yet oddly persuasive pseudo-psychologist, putting a playful spin on the traditional celebrity interview
Since the launch of The Celebrity Traitors in October, Joe Marler has skyrocketed into the mainstream. His eccentric personality and bold opinions quickly made him one of the show’s standout figures, earning him more than 235k new followers on Instagram during the action-packed series.
As the highly-anticipated finale aired, fans were treated to a standout performance that cemented Marler’s status in the Faithful Hall of Fame. Marler pursued the Traitors with exceptional precision, showcasing an uncanny ability to detect deception and discovering he has an unexpected talent – an extraordinary ability for reading his fellow celebrities.
Marking his redemption from The Celebrity Traitors’ bitter end, Marler is taking his unbelievable knack for figuring out others to the next level. In the brand-new format, celebrity guests – including some of his fellow Traitors players – are invited into Joe’s ‘clinic’ for a psychological evaluation like no other.
Designed to dissect personalities, what starts as a simple Q&A will quickly spiral into a fun mix of probing questions, ridiculous assessments and bespoke personality tests – revealing absurd stories and heartfelt revelations along the way.
As a former English national team rugby union player, Joe Marler built a profile beyond the typical sport star for his recognisable look and disarming dry wit, both on and off the field. Beyond rugby, Marler has carved out a standout reputation as a hit podcast host, media personality, and advocate for mental health.
Launching Joe Marler Will See You Now marks a new chapter:
“I am really excited to be launching a new podcast with a twist! Think Good Will Hunting meets The Goonies…” said host Joe Marler, “I’ve always loved asking questions and learning new things. This new show lets me do it in the most surreal, unpredictable way. I can’t wait for people to see just how ridiculous, and surprisingly revealing, it’s going to be.”
Joe Marler Will See You Now is produced by Folding Pocket, a Platform Media label responsible for producing The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked. The podcast will be available on BBC Sounds, marking the first time the platform has licensed an entertainment show from its launch.
Alan Carr & Lee Peart launch Bottoms Up!
Fresh off his scene-stealing appearance on The Celebrity Traitors, Alan Carr is teaming up with fellow comedian and long-time friend, Lee Peart, to launch Bottoms Up! the podcast equivalent of popping open a bottle of Chablis with your best friends.
Described by the pair as “a wine show for people who don’t own a decanter,” Bottoms Up! blends entertaining conversation, curiosity and a touch of havoc as Alan and Lee get together for a good old gossip, while setting out to demystify a world they’ve often enjoyed but never fully understood, one glass at a time. Asking all the big, important questions – like, is it actually a crime to enjoy a couple of ice cubes in your rosé? And what’s the classy move when you order wine for the table and it turns out to taste like regret?
Each episode pairs real wine wisdom with the hosts’ signature playful mayhem. One moment you’re finally learning what tannins actually are, the next you’re laughing at a story about a hilarious tour-show mishap. With a clean, consistent format that flows from chat to wine selection to expert insight, every instalment serves up real-life dilemmas, juicy gossip, unexpected discoveries, and genuinely useful takeaways.
“Half the time we’ve no idea what we’re drinking.” Says host, Alan Carr “This podcast is a roundabout way of enjoying a glass together, and trying to get a bit more wine savvy on the way…”
Lee Peart adds: “There are loads of wine shows out there, but none where two idiots like us try a Barolo and then argue about which celebrity definitely owns a vineyard. We wanted something fun, welcoming, and just a bit unhinged.”
Across the series, the duo explore everything from bargain bottles to splash-out specials, decoding jargon, sharing stories, and tackling blind tastings with the help of wine experts, winemakers, and the occasional celebrity guest.
The goal, they say, isn’t to become experts, it’s to bring listeners along as they discover the joy, surprises, and occasional disasters hidden inside every bottle.
Bottoms Up! is a Listen production, brought to you by Laithwaites.

Graham Norton & Maria McErlane: wanging on
Graham Norton and Maria McErlane reunite to launch their debut original podcast, Wanging On. Back in their much-loved problem-solving roles, the pair tackle listeners’ life dramas with sometimes serious, but mostly-nonsense advice, fantastic honesty, and laugh-out-loud stories from 30 years of friendship.
Building on their popular radio days, Graham Norton and Maria McErlane’s fully visualised podcast dives even deeper into life’s messiest dilemmas – from workplace woes to family drama and romantic disasters. No problem is too big, too small or too strange. The pair offer a lighthearted lift to listeners’ days, tackling the commonplace problems that everyone can identify with. Expect laughs, shocking confessions and questionable resolutions…
As the country’s favourite chat show host, voice of Eurovision, and five-time BAFTA winner, Graham Norton makes a highly anticipated debut into original podcasts – over a year since fans last heard him on the airwaves. Much-loved by audiences since the pair first appeared on the 1996 TV show Carnal Knowledge, Maria appeared on Graham’s BBC Radio 2 show for over a decade where they were listened to by millions each week, before moving to Virgin Radio. They share a three-decade co-hosting partnership that’s become a beloved fixture for fans across the UK.
Now, they’re back for Wanging On – a brand-new show that marks a major moment for the medium.
“It’s relaxed, it’s ridiculous, and it’s what Maria and I have always loved doing – chatting nonsense and digging into people’s drama.” says host Graham Norton. “Wanging On is unlike anything I’ve done before – instead of just talking at the audience, the podcast lets Maria and I have a real conversation with them. I can’t wait to be delighted by the listener’s fantastic advice and hilarious stories.”
Featuring voice notes from listeners, Wanging On brings real stories and advice into the conversation, and a new ‘Am I Weird?’ segment, where listeners share their quirks and Graham and Maria decide if they should feel shame or pride. Expect to hear confessions of spying on exes, creating fake PA personas and ‘borrowing’ souvenirs from one-night stands.
Wanging On is produced by Listen, a Platform Media label. As part of ‘next-generation media agency’, Platform Media, Listen is leading the way in bridging traditional broadcast talent with non-traditional media. By pairing high-quality production with industry-leading marketing, the company is helping globally recognised names make a powerful impact on social media, podcast platforms and beyond.
Graham and Maria hilariously solve two burning dilemmas in the first episode: what to do when you are surprised by a girlfriend’s nudist father, and whether to give long saved money to your grandchildren if you think they will “spunk it”. Finally, they will judge if a listener is weird for having an extensive wardrobe for their dog.
New episodes of Wanging On are available every Monday on YouTube, Spotify, and wherever you get your podcasts.
